This week we are going to dive into the topic of foot strike patterns. Runner’s will often come to us with concerns about their own strike pattern. In this post we are going to talk about what is happening when we use a forefoot or rearfoot (Heel) strike pattern. We are going to discuss when a person should and shouldn’t consider varying their stride. Finally, we are going to communicate why heel striking is not this terrible thing all runner’s need to avoid!
